Kitchen completion will require a maximum time period of 60 days (+/- 10 days) from the date of final measurement.
Kitchen drawing will be delivered within 7 days from confirmation of the order.
Order once confirmed cannot be cancelled.
Work will be done according to the drawing finally approved. Any job/fitting not related to the drawing will be charged extra as applicable.
50% of the total amount of the kitchen has to be paid immediately and for the rest 40% & 10% post dated cheques need to be given. All payments to be made in favour of Esser Marketing.
In case of cheque being dishonoured Rs. 250 shall be debited to your account.
The company shall be entitled to cancel or postpone delivery due to circumstances arising beyond its control.
Cabinets/shutters are made of 16mm BWR grade ply/MFC with four side PVC edge binded and 0.8mm lamination in both side/0.8mm & 1 mm lamination (for shutter).
Shutters come in various finish – Laminate/UVHG/Rubber wood/PU Paint/Lacquered Glass/Acrylic.
All cabinets inside and outside colour will be in White.
10 years warrenty is provided on the woodwork, accessories & hardware (according to our warranty terms).
AMC is available.
Company will not be responsible for any damage caused by the customer before handover or during installation, in such case service charges, and material cost if required, will be applicable. PLUMBING.CIVIL WORK/ ELECTRICAL WORK will not be undertaken by company technicians.
In case of any delay from the customers’s end, customer should not force the company to complete the given work in time.
Goods shall remain the property of the company until full purchase price has been realized.
